At Studio One, I am committed to systematic development in postures, breath, meditation, and the goal of knowing yourself. My studio provides a quiet reflective space for self-study and exploration. I studied with Yoga North International in Duluth, MN and earned E-RYT 500 certification.

I provide classes in a variety of styles including SomaYoga, somatics, biosomatics, therapeutic yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin, restorative, as well as many diverse self-care traditions including Foundation Movement, Miranda Esmonde-White Essentrics Wellness, Spring Forest Qigong, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Yamuna Bodyrolling. Also included are studies on yogic thought, mudras and mantras.

SomaYoga methodology is truly effective in its ability to help students find deeper layers of understanding by using tools of self-inquiry, and that is what yoga practice is all about. It is a process of constant discovery and refinement of the soma. Through cultivating wisdom and resilience in our own unique Beings we can potentially create stronger, more peaceful families and communities by spreading the gifts we acquire.
