April occasionally offers specialized classes:
Eight Week Wellness Program – a course that teaches you how to improve your health in simple, natural ways. Each session includes lecture on specific health topics and a hands-on movement lesson.

Participants bring a journal to class for each meeting time, and document their thoughts, questions, progress each day of this eight week journey. Participants will design their own personal wellness plan which will include goal-setting strategies.

Goals – Participants will: 

●Gain important knowledge about your health

●Commit to a wellness plan designed by you

●Share what you have learned with family/friends
